GB Evoq Travel System. Must have!

Travel Systems have changed so much over the years. Even from when I bought my first stroller 2 1/2 years ago, I can’t get over how many great options are available for new Parents. One of my favorite new Travel Systems is the GB Child Evoq! I wish this had been around when Brody was born…

The GB Evoq has a sleek design, and is incredibly versatile. Out of the box, you get the stroller with reversible seating option, an AMAZING infant car seat & base (seriously, I’m in love with this car seat), and it even has a toddler board built in. I’m blown away and how phenomenal this Travel System is and at such a great price!

Let’s talk Car Seat first…  The GB Asana35 Infant Car Seat fits from 4 lbs – 35 lbs, and up to 32 inches in height. The seat is roomy and the fabric is amazing. This is the first infant Car Seat Harper hasn’t sweat bullets in. It’s soft, and easy to clean. The seat has the Firm Fit adjust which makes sure the head rest and straps are always at the correct level. I’m always worried about having the straps set at the right position for my kids, and the Asana35 Car Seat takes the guess-work out, and does it for you. The seat weighs around 9.2  lbs, which is pretty average.

Harper is 22 lbs, so it’s obviously a little harder for me to lug around, but not impossible. Even though she’s a chunk, I actually found it to feel lighter than our previous seats.

I also think it’s worth noting that the Asana35 comes with sleepy dust. I kid you not, Harper falls asleep within minutes of being put in the seat. #winning

Harper is 22 lbs and 30 inches long. She still has plenty of room in the Car Seat!

The base has a super easy LATCH install and a really great feature, Firm Fit, that makes sure you get the most secure fit for your base. I am so impressed with this Car Seat and Base. I usually dread installing Car Seats, but this one was a total breeze!

Now for the stroller… Where do I start?  The main seat is a great size, offers a 5 point harness, and has a huge canopy with a mesh insert. You can face the seat face either direction, and gives the option of two different height positions! The frame is sturdy,  also features an  adjustable handlebar for maximum comfort.

See my photos below for the different variations.

The push is awesome, the fold is so easy and compact, and the basket holds everything you need for a day out, and more! I think what I love most about this stroller is that your older child has the ability to hop on for a ride when he/she feels like it. You don’t have to worry about attaching a toddler board, or kicking it when you walk. It’s built-in, and completely out-of-the-way!

In order to use the board, just make sure you move the main seat into the lowest slot. This will allow your toddler to have enough room to ride on the back comfortably.

The Evoq has all the features you should be looking for in a stroller. It’s made well, can get you from infant to toddler years and doesn’t break the bank. The entire Travel System retails for 429.99 (even less if you use a coupon!).
